It’s been awhile

Interest is starting to return to this case and so I will update with what I know. According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons Website, Richard D. McClanahan is presently being held at the Houston Detention Center and due out April 19, 2010. What will most likely happen is he will be allowed out into a halfway house to reintegrate into society. Prison has a way of stripping people of their appropriate social behaviors. Where and IF this will actually happen, I’m not sure.

Given the War on Drugs keeps those facilities pretty stocked, it would not surprise me.

As far as anything else – I have nothing. Please post any questions you may have and I’ll try my hardest to answer them as best I can.
