David’s new home

The Federal Transfer Center (FTC) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is an administrative facility housing male and female holdover offenders.

FTC Oklahoma is located on the western edge of Will Rogers World Airport, 3 miles west of Interstate 44 and 4 miles south of Interstate 40.

Administrative

Administrative facilities are institutions with special missions, such as the detention of pretrial offenders; the treatment of inmates with serious or chronic medical problems; or the containment of extremely dangerous, violent, or escape-prone inmates. Administrative facilities include Metropolitan Correctional Centers (MCCs), Metropolitan Detention Centers (MDCs), Federal Detention Centers (FDCs), and Federal Medical Centers (FMCs), as well as the Federal Transfer Center (FTC), the Medical Center for Federal Prisoners (MCFP), and the Administrative-Maximum (ADX) U.S. Penitentiary. Administrative facilities are capable of holding inmates in all security categories.

i am david’s(richard wilson swader by birth)father. i lost my children to adoption in 1982. i am astonded at the things he has done. he has also pulled some stunts on me as well. he was promptly told never to contact me ever again. he even told his sisters that i died in prison,well i’m alive and his sisters know the truth as well. folk’s,i am sorry for what he has done……………………..

I am Richard’s oldest sister and I am very happy to hear that he is going to get what he deserves. Although I feel like he should have gotten more time. I hope the choices he has made will not have lasting effects on is two sons.

There is no excuse for this type of behavior. Its truly bad when your own family will not support you. I hope this moron can get himself straightened out but I dont believe with a history like he has, he will ever be on the straight and narrow.

Wow. I am finding out about all this stuff now. I can’t believe that he did all this? I mean, I knew that he became a corpsman like me, back in the day, and I knew that he was stationed with Chris Grepo at Great Lakes, but until my brother told me all of this stuff I never even heard of something like this. David and I were in Fall Productions and One Act Play together at Boys Ranch, and he was my brother’s debate partner his senior year. I graduated a year before him.I knew him pretty well.Wow. I am floored. And Boy’s Ranch gave him money? Wow. This is unbelievable. I can’t believe this guy would actually try all of this stuff. I mean, I have been to Iraq with the Marines, for OIF 2-2, and I never heard of some of the stuff that he claims to have done over there. Congressional Medal of Honor? Jesus….all I can say is, wow.
