   WTF? Is there a date yet or even sentencing guidelines to what is to be expected…? This guy screwed me over!!!

   Unfortunately, we the public are not privy to the sentencing guidelines as outlined by the PO, or the FBI who wrote them. The max is of course 31 years and 1mil+ in fines. The judge is given these guidelines but it is ultimately up to the judge to come up with a punishment which she finds just.

   I have heard nothing but to be patient, so that’s what I’ll do. As soon as I know something I’ll surely pass it along.

   I get a call from the AG office daily for updates on sentencing. As of the last call, yesterday, nothing has been set. She is saying that the Judge is getting backed up which is causing us to wait.

   I am not sure that it is a first-come first-served deal either – I learn new things about the whole judicial system every day.

   I understand that it’s frustrating, believe me! I can’t stand the thought that he’s out there probably scamming other vulnerable people out of heaps of money and dishonoring our great nation with his fake war stories….but still, we wait.

   Well, he is a nice guy. I am pissed because he didn’t tell me about this situation. Never tried to take advantage. I am upset about this.

   That sounds about right. It wasn’t like he told any of his ladies about who is really is.
