Update
There isn’t too much going on these days except for waiting, and waiting and then waiting some more.
There is a tentative date set for October 18th, but that date is highly volatile and subject to change at Judge Robinson’s discretion. The more reliable date comes about 3 days prior to the actual sentencing date….and so we wait.
It seems as though his P.O. is doing a great job because I haven’t been receiving as much contact from people who were conned by him. Which is certainly not a bad thing.
As far as a civil suit goes, I haven’t heard of anything coming down the pipes for that although it wouldn’t be too far fetched if something did.
So, until then….we continue wait.
